Mikido defined: Mikido is a combination of Karate, Judo, Jujutsu, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Arnis, Kali, and Martial Art Weapon Training. Founder Mike Hess combined all these Martial Art forms and developed Mikido, as we know it today. The Mikido system combines various elements from many different Martial Arts Disciplines to teach self-defense and fitness which can be enjoyed by all ages. Mike Hess has over 25 years of Martial Arts experience and holds Black Belt Degrees in 5 Styles. Mike Hess also has extensive experience in child development, fitness and nutrition.
